Healing sessions with Karen are broken up into a few different time allotments:
30 mins / $88
45 mins / $150
60 mins / $180
80 min / $220 (Reiki Infused Massage ONLY)
All sessions include an additional 20 mins afterward for discussion/mentoring and integration. If you are seeking more mentoring time, you can choose to purchase an extra “30 mins spiritual mentoring” to your session from the “add-on” menu.

Un-Funk Yourself is a quick pick-me-up. Releasing physical tension, stepping into relaxation and a quick lift to your vibration. Table time is 30 mins. $75 ($15 savings)
Happy Feete is a play on my last name (Foote). Let me bring joy to your feet via Reflexology, and shift your energy with Reiki! Table time is 60 mins, $165 ($15 savings)
Reiki + Reading is just that. Enough Reiki time to chill the system, plus insights via what your chakras showed me in addition to an Angel Card Reading. More than just a reading bc your system gets a reset first with the Reiki! Session time about 45 mins, $135 ($15 savings)
The Spiritual Seekers session is one of my most favorite offerings! It includes crystal healing, a chakra reading, an angel card reading + 45 mins of Reiki table time. This session also incorporates additional time for discussion and mentoring, allow for nearly 2 hours, $200 ($20 savings)
The Magical Massage with Messages is an indulgent offering. You receive a thorough 80 min massage, along with a chakra reading and angel card reading. This session lasts about 2 hours or so and is $250 (savings of $40)
