Crystal Chakra Bowls
With Sound Healing, you can deeply quiet your mind, body and spirit. Let the sound waves come over your body and physically relax you.
Round up some friends and/or family and go deep with meditation together.
Please bring your own mat, blanket, pillow, bolsters— anything that’ll make you comfortable while you lie down on the ground for about an hour. It’s like a spiritual slumber party! Everyone just gets comfy and lays back, allowing the healing vibrations of the bowls to wash over them. Limiting group sizes to 6.

This is an amazing class which really opens you up energetically to recognize the subtleties within your Reiki practice! Reiki Master Teacher Karen Foote has over 20 years experience in the healing arts. Space is limited, must preregister.

For those who are looking to make Reiki a vocation. Get in even deeper with Reiki and learn sacred techniques to connect with the body and your own Spirituality in an even more profound way. This class is for those who are serious about their Reiki practice and have had a big commitment to it thus far. Must have a real working knowledge and serious understanding of Reiki. If not already a student of Karen, it is recommended you arrange a phonecall to make sure you're a good fit!

Join us for this special evening!
We will gather in circle. Karen will guide us in a sound healing with a guided meditation to ground our energies, and to clear our chakras and auric field. Everyone present will have a personally pulled oracle card and crystal recommendation intuited by Karen.
Gretchen will offer some Tarot insights and will pull cards both for the collective, and then each individual present. All the insights this evening will be divinely orchestrated and relevant for all gathered.
Danielle will delve into Astrological insights, sharing some nuggets of wisdom that help make one feel sane when we recognize how we are shaped by specific influences. She will also share any messages from Spirit as Spirit guides her! (Karen and Gretchen may chime in too, as they sometimes pick up on these energies, too!) Each attendee will also receive a mini hands on (and/or hands off- I do both!) Reiki session as well. A powerful night, to be sure!
